• JMJ Family Practice is currently accepting new patients. If you would like to be seen as a patient at JMJ, you must first check to make sure JMJ accepts your health insurance, which can be found here. Secondly, you must call your insurance provider to have Dr. Fernandez or Dr. Sanchez listed as your PCP or Primary Care Provider. You can save time at our office by filling out the new patient paperwork and bringing it into our office at your first appointment.
